Refund Or Cancellation Policy:

Our services in this website or app deliver two types of services:

  • 1. Home services (home improvements, construction, electronics repairing, electrical fittings, salon, moving and packing, cleaning, decoration, catering and so on) which involves visit to client place, home, site for inspection and further consultation for the said job or services or execution and delivery of the job or task.
  • 2. Shopping Marketplace which involves selling the tangible products online ranging from home improvements, personal and health, home appliances, electronics, crafts and decoration items etc.

REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOME SERVICES:

    For order made via prepaid transactions:
  • a) Cancellation time must be before the execution date or time mentioned or provided during the order respectively. If the cancellation happens before or prior the execution time or date, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
  • b) Once cancellation and refund is confirmed, ordered amount is refunded via their own account. Process of refund may take from 1 to 7 days.
    For order type made for paid on delivery of the order or after completion of the job or the services:
  • a) There is no refund since the order does not involve any pre paid transactions.

Convenience fee for inspection and consultation is applicable for both prepaid transactions order type and paid on delivery transactions order type. When you ordered or booked we charged the convenience fee and it is non refundable. Convenience fees are when we or the service provider or the professionals assigned visit to your or client place/home/site for inspection and further consultation for the said job or services.

Refunds cannot be processed to third party accounts. The name and the account that you used to order should match the bank account holder identity. However there can be an option for request for further verification of third party and eligibility for refund in third party account.

There will be a subscription services available. For the subscription services, the subscription amount paid will not be refunded.

REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SHOPPING MARKETPLACE:

Thank you for shopping with us using our platform via our app.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Most items purchased from the sellers listed on the Sintha Pamel Shopping app are returnable within the return window.

Your Cancellation Rights: You can cancel your order before dispatching of the products by the seller. (Dispatching window are generally happened within 24-48 hours from the time sellers received the order confirmation notification from the customers. The time of dispatching is different from one seller to other seller.) If the cancellation happens without any reason after the dispatch window as per seller, the product will reach to your shipping address and also do the full payment if it is pay on delivery and the same order can be claimed for returning and refund. But in such case there will be returning shipping costs that has to be paid by the customers or deduct from the payments of the cost of the product during the refund of the payment of the order.

Conditions for Returns:

    In order for the goods/products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • the goods/products were purchased and request for a return before the timeline allowed for returning the periods given or notified while purchasing the products;
  • the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • the product is returned in original condition as it was send or delivered to you.

Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page.

    The following Goods cannot be returned if:

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • You can also request for a replacement if the same seller has the exact same item in stock. If the exact same product is not available in the stock, a refund would be issued to you.
  • Select items labelled as non-returnable on the product detail page are not eligible for returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods or products to us if you are shipping yourself. We cannot be held responsible for goods or products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Returning or replacement Period: 7 to 10 days

Refunds:

Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account if you are eligible for refund.

When will you get the refunds:

Based on our refund methods available and also considering your payment methods and options to choose from, refunds will take from 2 hours to 4 days of transaction period. Some refunds methods we use currently are through UPI connecting bank account, net banking, direct transfer to customer bank account.
