Your Professional Etiquette

Firstly, Grooming yourself with a set of mind that you are as a responsible citizen remember gratefulness to yourself that you are serving for the world by serving the customers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene for yourself and during work such as dress well, including but not limited to comb hair well, trim beard well, bath and wash regularly before going to work, eating, serving and so on.
You are not allowed to use our services if you are under the influence of intoxicated drinks or drugs, use tobacco products paan, khaini, smoking etc. during work or just before the work that may ruined or spoilt the customer services etiquette or that may result in negative impressions of the company. If such things are found you are immediately expelled or suspended from using our services.
Must be able to start or deliver or execute or complete the job or services ordered by the customer or given by the company within or on scheduled date and time.
Wearing uniform and identity card of the company is also a must, without this uniform and identity card you are barred to perform any job even though you have claimed or assigned for the job already.
As a professional, you must follow service guidelines safety instructions before performing, executing or delivering the job for a customer such as checking or organizing and taking it with you all the necessary tools for a given task or job to perform or execute properly, wearing safety personal protective equipment (PPE), inspection of the site for its vulnerability, or any disasters and so on.
Talk professional, behave professional. Must communicate with proper behavior in a true and right manner as a professional. First listen to customer and speak gently. No chit chatting or unnecessary conversation between you and the customers or among your teams regarding any personal, personal things, belongings, politics etc. or comment to anybody personal behavior or character or any bad words or arguments.

Your Order and Payments

You are not allowed to take cross orders with the same customers or other customers or relatives for yourself or others professionals who are not partners of the company during the job or while doing the job. If such things are found you are immediately expelled or suspended from using our services. If the customers want to create extra or add more services, then in that case, you must inform to the company for creating or adding another service above the existing order.
You must always inform anything regarding orders and payments such as while creating new orders, or while referring services or orders to someone, collecting payments, invoices, payment issues etc.
As a professional, you cannot negotiate or bargain directly with the customers regarding payments or asked for extra money or tips above the total ordered amount.

Your Liabilities

You must ensure the safety of yourself, team and the customers while doing the services or job or task or work and able to provide warranty and if there are any fault happens during the warranty tenure of the services, you must resolve the services free of cost.
Company is not liable to any damage or incidents you made for yourself or the team or by the team while doing the services or job or task or work happened by your negligence and not following complete safety protocols or guidelines.

In the case if you and your team, you or your team damage the property of the customer, you and your team, you or your team are liable to pay or incur for the loss or damage part.
If there are insurance available with the company for you to claim, you will not be approved for providing the insurance if any damage or incidents you made for yourself while doing the services or job or task or work happened by your negligence and not following complete safety protocols.
